The Fortnite Party Trooper skin is available in the Fortnite Item Shop today.
Epic Games announced that the v14.40 Fortnite update will be released today. The event brings the Fortnitemares 2020: Midas’ Revenge to the game, which includes challenges and rewards, becoming a shadow upon elimination, a dark time map, Halloween decorations, Witch brooms, and much more.
Epic have been releasing a number of Halloween-themed skins, packs and bundles. Epic started off by releasing the ultimate reckoning bundle followed by the crypt crashers pack. In today’s update, Epic added in yet another Halloween-themed pack called the Skull Squad pack which includes four skins with a skull skin style.
When the Fortnite servers were down, data-miners also leaked the Party Trooper Fortnite skin, which is now available to purchase in the Fortnite Item Shop. What some players might not know is there is an additional skin style that’ll be available in the near-future. Here’s what you need to know.
Party Trooper Fortnite Skin Style
The Fortnite Party Trooper skin is available in the item shop until November 1st. Party Trooper is a rare skin which means it’s available to purchase for just 1,200 V-Bucks. The description of the skin reads “he came to party… like two hundred years ago”.
The skin style seen on the left is the default style that’s available to use as soon as you purchase. However, the style on the right is available to unlock to Party Trooper owners that attend the Afterlife Party on October 31st or November 1st.
The skin style is called J Balvin and players can catch the first Afterlife Party performance at 9 PM ET on October 31st with two showing on November 1st at 1 PM and 6 PM ET. We’ll have more information closer to the party royale performance.
