The Fortnite Live Event is going to be a big one and Epic Games has revealed when gamers will start the end of season Collision Playlist.
UPDATE: Epic Games has made today’s Fortnite Live Event schedule easy to follow, including when fans need to start logging in. According to the latest information, the Fortnite Live Event start time has been set for 4pm ET (9pm BST) but Epic has warned gamers that they should try joining the special Collision Playlist up to 30 minutes beforehand to avoid server issues. No end time has been announced for today’s launch but maintenance is expected to start soon after.
ORIGINAL: The good news is that while the development team are keeping tight-lipped about what will happen later this week, they have been sharing plenty of other information.
So fans won’t need to be jumping into the games and hanging around unique spots to make sure they don’t miss anything.

When Is The Collision Event In Fortnite?
Epic Games has confirmed that the Fortnite Live Event that will end Season 3 Chapter 2 has a start time set for 9 pm BST on Saturday, June 4, 2022. For gamers in North America, The Collision will begin at 4 pm ET, and all those who want to participate in the big fight have been warned to jump into servers 30 minutes beforehand. This should guarantee a spot in the special playlist that pops up as an option.
As confirmed by Epic Games, The Collision will be a one-time event, meaning that if you miss it, you will not be able to experience it later in the week. The Fortnite team points this out as many other in-game celebrations can be replayed for a limited time.

A message from Epic Games adds: “The fate of the Zero Point will be decided in this one-time, in-game event – “COLLISION.” This event will require all hands on deck, so squad up in a party of four and strap in for go-time. The “COLLISION” playlist will be available in Fortnite 30 minutes before the start time for players to suit up. Players without a full Squad will have their group filled with others to assist them during COLLISION.”
Based on what has been shared so far, gamers will be playing a role in this final event for Fortnite Season 3 Chapter 2, including whatever story updates that come with it. There will also be special rewards associated with the Collision, as everyone who logs in on June 4 starting at 8 am ET will receive an exclusive loading screen and lobby track. The popular Mecha Team Leader has already been confirmed as returning for the event, last seen in 2019, defeating the monster known as Devourer.
