The Fortnite x Destiny 2 crossover should be happening this week if Fortnite leaker MidaRado’s tweet and information prove to be true. Ginsor, a Destiny dataminer, has also confirmed the crossover with the same image that displays several classic Fortnite skins in Destiny 2.
In the image, we can see Destiny’s Hunter standing front-and-center with a skin that looks very similar to the Fortnite Omega skin. Also shown is Destiny’s Warlock wearing another Fortnite-like mask, as well as a Titan armor set that resembles the Black Knight skin that was previously obtainable through the Season 2 season pass of Fortnite.
With just a picture to go off of, it is not yet clear just how these items will be obtained in Destiny 2. Rumors have been circulating that with this crossover, Fortnite would also possibly get its own Destiny skins, and considering the crossover events Fortnite has done so far, like the recent Dragon Ball Super crossover, Destiny would not be an all too crazy idea.
If Destiny fans missed it, the latest TWAB talks about Arc 3.0, subclasses, new mods, and more.
