ollie skin fortnite

Don’t worry if you’ve just purchased a Fortnite skin that you didn’t mean to, as Fortnite’s 21.51 update has made it much easier to cancel an accidental purchase. Here’s everything you need to know about Fortnite’s Cancel Purchase feature to get your V-Bucks back.

Fortnite’s Item Shop is chockfull of both original designs and collaborations with major franchises and celebrities such as Teen Titans’ Starfire and Patrick Mahomes. With all of these choices available, you might find yourself either purchasing something by mistake or quickly changing your mind.

Luckily, Epic Games include the Cancel Purchase feature, and it’s been made even better with the 21.51 update. Players must now hold down the purchase button to buy something but if they still accidentally buy an item, the refund window has been extended.

Here’s everything you need to know about canceling a Fortnite purchase, as well as everything that can be refunded.

How to cancel a Fortnite purchase

All Fortnite players need to do to cancel a purchase is head to the item screen and press the “Cancel Purchase button” within 24 hours of buying the cosmetic — as long as you haven’t equipped it.

If you can’t find the screen again, here’s everything you need to do:

  1. Launch Fortnite and hit the Settings cog icon
  2. Select the Support and Refunds page
  3. Click on Return or Cancel a Purchase
  4. Any purchases that can be canceled will appear on the page

With the new ‘Hold to Purchase’ button, you’re less likely to accidentally buy something but mistakes can still happen so if you go to equip the new item within 24 hours of buying it, Epic Games will remind you that the purchase can still be canceled but “if you equip or use this purchase during gameplay you will lose the ability to Cancel Purchase on this purchase.”

What item purchases can be canceled in Fortnite?

Any purchase made with V-Bucks can be canceled in Fortnite, including bundles, skins, and individual items.

Epic Games have provided a full list of everything that the Cancel Purchase feature can’t be used on:

  • The Level Up Quest Pack
  • Real-money Offers in the Item Shop (Examples: Lava Legends Pack, Frozen Legends Pack, and The Laguna Pack)
  • Cosmetic Bundles
  • Gifted Purchases
  • Battle Pass
  • Battle Pass Tiers
  • Loot Llamas (Save the World)
  • Event and weekly items (Save the World)
  • Fortnite Crew

Fortnite Fire with Fire week unvaulted items

A new week means a new set of fortnite challenges. It is also the first and only thing. Here’s where you’ll be able to find ghost ollie in order to unlock the ghost fortnite skin style for skye.

Fortnite’s final Chapter 3 Season 3 update has arrived, bringing the Fire with Fire Week. The latest Wild Week comes with the Fire with Fire Quests, so here’s how to complete them and their rewards.

Despite a ton of speculation over a live finale event to wrap up Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3, the final update, 21.51, arrived without any sign. Instead, Epic Games unvaulted some classic fiery weapons with the Fire with Fire Week.

Kicking off on September 7, Fire with Fire Week brings back the Primal Flame Bow and Dragon’s Breath Shotgun, and majorly ups Firefly Jar spawn rate. To help players complete the Battle Pass and unlock the Super Styles ahead of Season 4, there’s a new batch of Fire with Fire Week Quests.

Fortnite’s Fire with Fire Week Quests are now live, so here’s how to complete them and their XP rewards.

Fortnite Fire with Fire Week Quests

Fortnite Ember character with flame bow

Fortnite’s Fire with Fire Week went live on September 7 at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM BST and will run until September 13 at the same time. Here’s every Quest:

  • Deal damage to opponents within 10 meters with the Dragon’s Breath Shotgun (800) – 12,000 XP
  • Extinguish fires on structures with Slurp (100) – 12,000 XP
  • Hit an opponent with a fully drawn Primal Flame Bow (2) – 12,000 XP
  • Ignite Structures (1000) – 12,000 XP (x5)

You won’t have too much trouble completing these Fortnite Fire with Fire Week Quests as long as you prioritize finding and using the unvaulted flame-based weapons.

The only one you may have trouble with is extinguishing fires on structures with Slurp, but if you light up a wall beside a Slurp Barrel and then destroy the barrel, the splash will extinguish the flames.
